Hi, I’m Nicole — a real estate agent, homeschool mama of four, and coastal local proudly living and working in beautiful Morro Bay.

I got my real estate license in 2016 and began my career serving families in the Yuba-Sutter area. In 2020, my family and I made the move to the Central Coast, and I’ve been building my business here ever since — helping clients buy, sell, and invest along this beautiful stretch of California.

My approach is modern and relationship-driven — blending thoughtful marketing, social media strategy, and genuine connection to guide people toward the lifestyle they’re dreaming of. Before real estate, I ran a successful photography business, where I learned the art of storytelling, branding, and building trust — all of which now shape how I show up for my clients. I also bring hands-on experience in home renovation and investing through managing our own family’s real estate portfolio. Whether I’m walking a first-time buyer through every step or advising a seller on what updates will bring the best return, I’m passionate about making the process both clear and empowering.

At home, I’m a faith-filled wife and mama, homeschooling our four beach-loving kids and chasing that beautiful balance between work and family life. You’ll usually find us outside — barefoot at the beach, exploring a new trail, or road-tripping up and down the coast. I believe real estate should feel personal, intentional, and rooted in heart — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey home.
